GQS has a long and consolidated experience in multidisciplinary inspection services. We can provide highly qualified and extremely competent inspectors duly selected from an extensive team of technicians available around the globe.
Vendor inspection services are available on request and even at short advance notice.

Services provided include:

Complete inspection services
This kind of inspections generally include a pre inspection meeting, regular intermediate inspections, final inspection , and review of vendor data books, to ensure conformity of the product throughout the whole fabrication processes.

Partial inspection services
This kind of inspections typically include a certain number of intermediate inspections, and final inspection. Services are performed on a sample or on a spot basis as defined by the customer.

Final inspection services
This kind of inspections typically include a minimum level of inspection at the end of the fabrication processes to ensure conformity of the product before the shipment.

Full-time inspection services (resident base assignments)
A full-time inspection services is normally performed whenever a client requires an inspector to visit a certain manufacturer on a full time basis for a given period of time. The full-time inspection services allow to monitor all the production process and witness all the inspection activities as defined by the customer.

Project Coordination
The tasks of the Project coordinator are not limited just to schedule of visits and submission of reports; our project coordinators are fully involved since the beginning of the assignment in establishing along with the customer the level of services required; instruct the field personnel, feed them with all the information , documentation and instructions relevant to the assigned tasks. Our Project coordinators have been trained to project management philosophy with a proactive attitude to problem solving.

We at GQS employs highly qualified and extremely competent inspectors, with multidisciplinary expertise which includes , planning, fabrication, installation, metallurgy, mechanical technology electrical technology, welding, non destructive examination, painting , corrosion , Quality control and Quality Assurance.
GQS is committed to continuous training of the personnel it employs to keep them up-to-dated on the latest inspection processes, technologies and methodologies, leading them to achieve the qualifications required by the industries we serve.

Training provided includes: Non Destructive Testing, Metallurgy, Welding, HSE, Painting, Corrosion, QA auditors, Lesson learnt

Reporting
As a matter of fact, the report is the “product” which ultimately any service provider organization provides to its customers. GQS have clear in mind the importance of providing a clear and precise report to its customers, as the report has to reflect what has been performed during the inspection activities. 
All of the GQS inspectors have been trained and instructed to fill each reports with the maximum extent of details. 
Digital pictures are also provided to enhance the report content. 
Each and every reports are duly screened and checked by the assigned Project coordinator, before submission to the customer. 
The timely submission of the reports is a very crucial element in this process, and both our inspectors and the project coordinators have been instructed to settle the process within the shortest possible time. 
GQS format or customer’s format can be used, as required.
